About Greater Mercer TMA
Greater Mercer TMA is an independent 501 c 3 non profit corporation. Greater Mercer TMA is not affiliated with any governmental agency.
Funding
Greater Mercer TMA is funded by membership dues, fees for services, foundation and government grants.
Members pay annual dues based on their membership class.
Management
A Board of Trustees governs the Greater Mercer TMA. Members of the Board represent the public and private sectors.
The officers and past officers comprise the Executive Committee. Other special Board Committees are convened on an ad hoc basis. The TMA is administered by an Executive
Director, who oversees a staff of six. The Greater Mercer TMA office is located at 15 Roszel Rd. Princeton, NJ 08540

Meetings
An annual membership meeting is held each fall and the Board of Trustees meets bi-monthly. Other special meetings are held throughout the year.
Awards and Accomplishments
Greater Mercer TMA has received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding and innovative services and programs.
In 1989, we received Honorable Mention from the Association for Commuter Transportation for the publication, "Transportation Management Techniques.
In 1996, we received the USEPA's Good Neigbor Award for the Train Link Shuttle. In 1999, Greater Mercer TMA won the Association for Commuter Transportation's Innovative Service award for its Freewheels Neighborhood Yellow Bike Program. The New Jersey State Legislature also recognized our TMA for outstanding service to the community in that year.
In 2000, Greater Mercer TMA received the Regional Planning Partnership's Community Leadership award for the Train Link Shuttle. In 2001, we recieved the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Partnership's Ozone Action Parter of the Year award for our outstanding educational efforts on ground level ozone. Most recently, Greater Mercer TMA met the USEPA's national standards of excellence for Commuter Benefits programs.
